Joanne Wright

Joanne has been with IAG since July 2015. Based in Wellington, her role is focusing on leading her team to provide exceptional customer support for our IAG staff.

Lee Porteous

Lee has been with IAG since Oct 2015. Based in Christchurch, her role is to deliver customer-led improvements to the AMI and STATE insurance brands.

Raelene McCarthy

Raelene has been with IAG since February 1992, based in Auckland, she is a Platform Lead in the Customer & Digital – Core division.

She has a wide background in all aspects of programme, project and change management across IAG NZ.
